Report a correction

Hotels change names, close for renovation or move their entrances, and walking times to the Haram or Masjid an-Nabawi can change with new gates and roads. If you spot something out of date, tell us:

• the page address (URL) and the hotel or place concerned;
• what is wrong and what it should say;
• how you know: a recent stay, the hotel's own site or an official source.

Checked corrections are made on the page and the "Last checked" date is updated. Read how we check the facts.

Bookings, payments and cancellations

Saudi100 does not sell rooms or tickets and cannot see or change your booking. Hotel bookings made through our links are handled by Booking.com, and flight searches by Aviasales and the airline you choose. For changes, refunds or cancellations, contact them directly from your confirmation e-mail.

Hotels, partners and press

Hotel managers can send updated facilities, photos they own the rights to, or a correction to their address. Partnership and press requests go to the same address. Paid placements are never mixed with our lists; see the affiliate disclosure.
